My Name is Leslie McLaughlin. I have been a Notary Public for the State of California since 1995 and am currently a Mobile Notary and a member of the Association of Professional Notaries. Experience, accuracy, professionalism, courtesy, and promptness are my promise to you.

Required Identification: A government issued id is required for all parties being notarized. This can be a valid driver’s license, identification card, current passport, military id., employee id card issued by State of CA. If you unsure about your identification options, please call for confirmation.

The name on the id must match exactly to the name on the document, middle initial is ok, or missing middle name is ok. If you are a Jr., Sr. etc. this must be on both the document and your id. If you do not have the proper identification needed, you can provide two witnesses on your behalf with the proper identification.

My pricing is based on the type of documents needing notarization, distance to be traveled, day and time of signing.

Basic Document Fee Schedule
Acknowledgments and Jurats:
$15 per individual signer’s signature

Mobile fee: $15 up to 15 miles
Cost/mile extra: $0.75 per mile for every additional mile to and from signing

Loan Document Signing Fee Schedule
Loan Documents (required 2 hours prior to signing**)

100-135 pages: $125
>135 pages: add $.20/page
Reverse Mortgages: $125 Minimum
**Late docs charge: $50

Standard Drive: 15 miles (One way)
Cost/mile extra: $0.75/mile
